Z. Scott Smith
Z. Scott Smith, Vice President, joined Langholz Wilson & Associates, Inc. in 1990 directly from a small, family-owned residential development company in southern Maine. In 2005, Langholz/Wilson & Associates, Inc. merged with Ellis Real Estate Company to form Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. Mr. Smith has been the Top Producer of the firm in 6 of his 16 years at Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc.
Since joining Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc., Mr. Smith has specialized in retail tenant representation. Mr. Smith has represented such retailers as J. Crew, Whole Foods, Starbucks Coffee, Banana Republic, GAP, Sephora, Brinker International Restaurants, Golfsmith, Bruegger's Bagel Bakery, Beauty First, Supercuts, Mattress Discounters, NationsCredit, Monro Muffler/Brake, Kinko's Copy Centers, Payless ShoeSource, Talbot’s, and McDonald’s.
Mr. Smith graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations. Mr. Smith is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
On a personal note, he and his wife are members of Longue Vue Club and The Rivers Club and enjoy skiing, sailing and golf.
