PNC Park, Heinz Field, David L. Lawrence Convention Center

Property Acquisition & Assemblage

J. Keefe Ellis was hired to represent the Stadium Authority and the Public Auditorium Authority for the acquisition of the properties which were developed into PNC Park, Heinz Field, and the new Convention Center. 

There were approximately 25 properties involved in the acquisition and the total cost was in excess of $40,000,000.  Ellis' responsibility included the buyout and relocation of many of the tenants located within the project areas. 

 Due to the sensitive time constraints of the projects, all the properties were purchased and tenants relocated within an 18 month period...and all three projects were completed on schedule.
