From 1980 - 1991 Pat held several positions with Landmark Communications Inc., including Property Manager and Vice President/General Manager for the wholly-owned subsidiary, Commonwealth Building Company. Pat’s responsibilities included the management of 17 corporate-owned properties with over 550,000 square feet from Richmond, Virginia to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
In 1991, Pat took a position as Vice President of Marketing for Time Warner, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia and came to Pittsburgh in 1993 as President/Chief Executive Officer and minority shareholder in a joint venture with “Tribune Review Publishing Companies”. After selling his interest in the joint venture in 1997, Pat returned to the real estate field with Coldwell Banker’s Commercial Division specializing in the sales and leasing of light industrial property.
Since joining Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. in January of 1999, Pat has continued to focus his attention on industrial properties and land. Clients that Pat has represented include Intel, Maxim Crane, General Motors, General Electric, York, ACS, Trane, Rollins, Bay Valley Foods, TreeHouse Foods, Inc., Home City Ice Company, Vanity Fair/Bestform, Inspired Technologies, Solar Power, Inc., USA Gourmet and Kensington Windows.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia in Communication Arts with a minor in Business Administration and did his Masters of Business Administration studies at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
