Matt Virgin joined Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. (LWE) as an associate immediately after graduating from Duquesne University in December, 2002. Since starting with the firm, Matt has become a consistent top producer and was named Vice President in 2008. In 2010 Matt became the fourth and youngest principal at LWE.
Focusing in Office Tenant Representation, Matt has successfully represented a wide range of tenants including international software development firms, engineering firms, CPAs, medical practitioners, law firms, energy companies, and financial service providers. Companies such as Wendy’s International, AT&T Wireless, Network Appliance, Inc., Jefferson Regional Medical Center, UPMC Cancer Centers, CNX Gas Corporation, EXCO Resources, Carnegie Learning, Financial Dimensions, Inc., Children’s Hospital, Litigation Solutions, The Webb Law Firm, Lovett Bookman Harmon Marks, P.C., and Rosen Louik and Perry, P.C., and many others have selected Matt to represent their interests.
Currently Matt is working on representation projects with a wide variety of companies and industries including Carnegie Mellon University and Consol Energy. With a thorough understanding of the changing local office market, Matt regularly provides office market data to many local appraisers and trade publications.
Matt is a graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently resides in the South Hills with his wife Jamie and his daughter Olivia and son Mason. He currently serves on the Jefferson Regional Medical Center Foundation Board.
