Matthew P. Virgin
Matt Virgin joined Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. as an associate immediately after graduating from Duquesne University in December, 2002. Since starting with the firm, Matt has become a top producer and was named Vice President in 2008.
Focusing in Office Tenant Representation, Matt has successfully represented a wide range of tenants including international software development firms, engineering firms, CPAs, medical practitioners, law firms, and financial service providers. Companies such as Wendy’s International, AT&T Wireless, Roofing Supply Group of Pittsburgh, Network Appliances, Inc., Jefferson Regional Medical Center, CNX Gas Corporation., FFC Capital, Carnegie Learning, Financial Dimensions, Inc., Gleason & Associates, and Rosen Louik and Perry, P.C., have selected Matt to represent their interests.
Currently Matt is working on representation projects with a wide variety of companies including Carnegie Mellon University, The Children’s Institute, Bit Armor Systems, Chester Engineers, and The Grant Street Group. With a thorough understanding of the changing Pittsburgh office market, Matt regularly provides office market data to many local appraisers and trade publications.
Matt is a graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently resides in the South Hills.
