Kathy Ruffing

Kathy Ruffing joined Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. in February, 2006 as an Executive Assistant for the Retail Division. She provides support to the President and the retail team and is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, retail client coordination, tenant and third party leasing documentation.  Kathy is active in the annual Pittsburgh and regional ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) events and provides support to Chainlinks Retail Advisors.

Prior to coming to Langholz Wilson Ellis, Kathy was an Assistant Vice President for Mellon Financial Services with 23 years of retail and commercial banking experience.

Kathy obtained her Pennsylvania Real Estate license in 2003 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR); Realtor’s Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP); and the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.

Kathy resides with her husband and two children in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She is active with several booster organizations and enjoys sporting events, cooking and needlepoint.
