Kristyn L. Siwiec

Kristyn joined Langholz Wilson Ellis in October 2011 as Market Research and Public Relations Advisor. She is responsible for all outgoing marketing and public relations efforts including but not limited to the creation of marketing brochures, property signage, website maintenance, writing and distributing press releases and advertising. She is responsible for the dissemination of information of all available properties to various marketing vehicles such as the LWE website, blast email campaigns and other various marketing tools. Kristyn also aids in supporting the agents in creation of property tour books, RFP's as well as general office administrative tasks.

Kristyn brings over 10 years of commercial real estate market research experience to LWE. She started her career in the commercial real estate business after receiving her BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She joined Oxford Realty Services immediately afterwards as Research Analyst in 2001 and quickly moved in to the role of Director of Research and Marketing Communications. Her responsibilities included the generation of the well respected GVA Oxford Market Overview, a twelve page quarterly overview of the Pittsburgh commercial real estate market. She was involved in the preparation of numerous offering memorandums, RFP’s and proposals for various projects. She is experienced in mapping, geo-coding and demographic software. Kristyn worked closely with the agents in creating successful marketing campaigns for the brokerage division as well as aiding in preparation of market statistics and market surveys for third party clients. She also arranged advertisement contracts for various publications as well as designed advertisements for local, regional and national publications.

During her tenure with the RIDC as Real Estate Project Coordinator, Kristyn was responsible for all marketing for the organization including print advertising, flyers, marketing packages, promotional tools for trade shows, updating the various websites to effectively promote the organization’s real estate assets, updating the organization’s proprietary website, writing and distributing press releases.

Kristyn holds a Pennsylvania real estate license. She is a native of Pittsburgh and lives in Ross Township with her husband and son.
