Joseph D. Bertucci
Joe Bertucci joined Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc., in 2006, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bertucci graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. From 1999 to 2001 Joe worked for the District Attorney’s Office for a brief period before pursuing a career in golf.
He was an Assistant Golf Professional from 2001-2005 at Longue Vue Club, a private golf club located in Verona, PA. The last two years as a professional golfer, while working at the Longue Vue Club, Joe also worked the winters in Juno Beach, Florida at the prestigious Seminole Golf Club.
Since joining Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc., Mr. Bertucci specializes in Retail Tenant Representation and Third Party Leasing. Currently Mr. Bertucci is working on representation projects with a wide variety of companies including MSPOKE, Mix Stirs, All Aboard Day Care & Learning Center, YUM Brands, Walnut Capital, Zambrano Corporation, The Vitamin Shoppe, Lifetime Auto and Creative Real Estate Development Company.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR); and Realtor’s Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Bertucci is a native to the Pittsburgh region and currently resides in Oakmont, PA.
