David E. Noble

David Noble is the Director of Market Research for Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. David joined Langholz Wilson Ellis in November 2003 directly from The Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, a leading economic development organization for southwestern Pennsylvania, where he served as Manager of Market Research for three years. Mr. Noble first began his career in real estate working for CoStar Group, Inc., an international commercial real estate research firm based in Bethesda, MD.

Mr. Noble’s primary responsibilities at LWE consist of data and demographic analysis, custom GIS mapping, marketing, property analysis, industry-specific research, database management, and web site maintenance. And with nearly 10 years in the commercial real estate/economic development fields, Mr. Noble’s experience provides him with a unique skill set to address these responsibilities.

Mr. Noble is a native of Western Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Penn State University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.  He resides in Pittsburgh’s Mount Washington neighborhood.
