Product Overview

LWE Capital Solutions will provide clients with solution oriented debt capital advisory services for all asset classes and each part of the debt capital stack. These highly structured products will include conventional construction financing, bridge/acquisition financing, permanent financing and gap/mezzanine capital. The primary source for this capital will be local, regional and money center banks along with life companies and CMBS origination firms.

Over the past 2+ years, the real estate debt capital markets and debt capital markets in general were sluggish due to an abundance of over-leveraged deals. As the regulatory pressure subsides and the overall economy begins a new cycle of growth, LWE Capital Solutions has the unique opportunity to enhance a client’s access to capital. The debt capital markets are fluid and highly structured today which can result in very different pricing spreads and structural parameters between Lenders. Our goal will be to find the best solution and execution for your needs.
