Brendan McCarthy

Brendan McCarthy current serves as the Managing Principal for LWE Capital Solutions. Since launching the business in early 2011, Brendan closed on over $85,000,000 in financings. The financings represented a broad spectrum of asset classes, product types and structures, including acquisition financing for a retail center in bankruptcy, construction financing for several build-to-suit developments, refinancing of an existing center and acquisition financing. Brendan has over 20 years of real estate and real estate capital markets experience. Prior to starting LWE Capital Solutions, Brendan spent 4 years with Ryan Homes as the General Manager of land acquisitions in the Pittsburgh Region and 10 years with PNC Capital Markets and PNC Real Estate Finance. Brendan has closed over $3 Billion in structured capital for real estate projects and real estate related entities. Brendan holds a BA in English from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
