Brian K. Kerr
Brian Kerr, Vice President of Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc., joined the firm in 1996. In January 2005, Langholz Wilson & Associates, Inc. merged with Ellis Real Estate Company to form Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, Brian was Senior Vice President at The Galbreath Company, and for nine years prior to that, he was a principal in The Kerr Group. Brian began his real estate career with The J. J. Gumberg Company in 1978. With over 29 years experience in retail real estate, Brian specializes in regional and national tenant representation and site selection.
Retail clients that Mr. Kerr has represented include Blockbuster Video, Banana Republic, The Gap, Sephora, Children’s Place, Whole Foods, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Kohl’s, Home Depot, Jiffy Lube, Zany Brainy, J. Crew, PETCO, Krispy Kreme, Costco, and Media Play.
Brian adds to Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. a relationship with ChainLinks® Retail Advisors, Inc., of which he has been a principal member since 1985 and served on its Executive Committee for five years. ChainLinks Retail Advisors, Inc. is the leading nationwide network of retail brokers, specializing in chain store real estate. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
A native of Western Pennsylvania, Mr. Kerr is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College.
