Amy Brocato
Amy specializes in industrial and office properties. Prior to becoming a part of the team, Amy was a leasing representative for ProLogis in Central Pennsylvania. She was in charge of the lease negotiation for potential and existing customers in 15 million square feet of warehousing product. During her tenure in this position she worked with some of ProLogis’ large global customers, consisting of Quaker, Kuehne + Nagel, Electrolux and Exel.
Amy received a Masters of Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. While she was at A&M, she interned with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in the Real Estate Management department where she specialized in the site selection of Wal-Mart Supercenters in Kansas City and St. Louis. As a result of the research she completed, Amy was able to present a 30 million dollar sales gain through a Supercenter expansion.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Duquesne University and is a native of York, Pennsylvania. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching baseball, playing soccer and traveling.
